I used to hit up a Vinnie's in Manhattan after school every day. Spot looks exactly the same. Except mine had the old man behind the counter. It was in between 73rd and 74th on Amsterdam Ave, if I remember. Still the best slice I've ever had. -1. 37 a slice and a drink (late 80's early 90's. I think the old man used to hook me up though. I had a running tab, haha!

I have to admit, bob white from his first video was extremely disappointing. The buffalo chicken sandwich was completely overwhelming. --I loved eating there because of the atmosphere/vibe but I didn-t love what I was eating. so I-m hoping the next time I visit NYC these places more closely resemble how he describes them.

I'm 64. I ran those streets in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. I lived at Manhattan Ave, corner of Grand St. Always my favorite part of New York. Still rather be there than Manhattan.
