Bang Bang Noodles is a mega-popular hand-pulled noodle stand in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, where customers would often line up for hours for his Xi'an Chinese influenced noodles. Chef and owner Robert Lee had to shift gears amid Coronavirus, and transitioned to a pop-up noodle shop with a skeleton crew. Looks amazing. You can't get authentic Chinese food where I live in Germany. In fact, I'd be absolutely amazed if there was a 8/10 Chinese restaurant anywhere in the whole country. Germany sucks for non-German food.

He's smart. Highland Park is full of hipsters. Hipsters love ethnic food. If you got money for the rent, it's a good place to open a restaurant.
