So he precuts toppings so far in advance that the carrots are barely orange and then heats the other vacuum packed items out of the fridge and to order? No thanks, I'll eat the fresh items out of my own fridge and pour boiling water on my own rice noodles at home rather than taking the energy to drive somewhere to eat old stuff out of a literal food storage container. Nothing about this says delicious

I respect the hustle but having the food prepared in a commissary kitchen and then reheating it with sous vide is a bit beside the point. I probably wouldn't try it.

I guess everyone just assumes that this guy doesn't wash his hands, or is careless with the food because they're all nasty ass grease balls themselves. Disgusting.
