If munchies has more than say 15% or 20% of it's viewerbase outside the US, it would probably be a good idea to replace We with Americans. If the show isn't trying to address non-Americans at all, youtube might not be the best platform. -Would be interesting to know the numbers. I would guess more than 20% of the viewers are foreigners from a US perspective. Maybe something to consider?

This is great, a few things I'd add though--1. A couple tablespoons of olive oil to the water to make it less bread-y-2. Leave it to rise for at least an hour-3. Use a semolina flour to keep the dough from sticking-4. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, FRY THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE CALZONE or you'll end up with a soggy bottom

i appreciate the focus on the calzone dough. that is the biggest hurdle for me as a kitchen noob but i'd love to actually try making my own dough and stuffing my random leftovers in there. and Farideh is awesome. period. oh, wait, i already added a period. (shrug)

Bad language unneeded times to drop the fbomb so much. I get it when things are serious, when you use an expletive because something is super intense. But this woman-s choice of words is so trashy. Girl you need to go take a class on how to get some class.

If you have leftovers of everything you made way too much food. Also, the point of leftovers is to make them not taste like what you just ate the day before. Still, if you had some leftovers this is a good way to get inventive with them.

gravy wash I love, I had to eat 3 days of cold turkey sandwiches, I had cranberry in my veins, mother refused to let kitchen be used until 28 lb turkey is finished. We only had 3 in family, but visitors never showed up, as the cold turkey.

Sooooo you make this instead of a sandwich because you struggle to get everything in one bite on a sandwich. Then make a calzone with ingredients layered in a way where it is physically impossible to get everything in one bite.

I actually would like her to do more videos. I-m kinda regretting annoyed at how drunk Action just gets on his shows and forces people to try and do things. It gets awkward. This chick is like awkward in a cute way.

I do the leftovers calzone here but I-m a picky eater so it basically consists of turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, corn, wrapped in ready made pizza dough sprinkled with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
