The best whole chicken recipe, my spicy Korean fire chicken starts w/ a spatchcock, ends on the grill! Hriðvitnir: Butcher here with a pro tip, there is a tiny piece of meat on the back of the chicken on either side, connected to the thigh, its called the oyster. If you spatchcock a chicken the normal way these piece of meat are either discarded or ruined when removing the spine. When I do my own roasted or grilled whole chickens, I will split the spine right down the middle leaving them both in tact to be enjoyed when its finished cooking. It saves more meat, alters almost nothing in the overall end result aside from two delicious tiny morsels of the best dark meat the chicken has to offer.

Yes, I've had some of those red ramen noodles. They made my eyes water and my nose run. I have a beloved daughter who is a vegan, and it is with her as it were a fearful religion. She is extremely hard to feed when she comes to visit, and very little of what she shares with us really tastes. But she's my baby, so we respect her choice. .and once again, many thanks to your video editor for the bleeps.

Am I the only one who sees an angry Korean Buddha face/head in the gochujang paste in the bowl? Maybe the Korean gods are looking down upon your spicy choices Sam. Love your videos. My family picks 2 of your meals a week to make together. Hope these bring other families together as well. Fun nights. We thank you

Buldak is the one meal in Korea I had to tap out. My Platoon Sergeant from San Antonio finished his but I had to leave a few bites on the table, after jugs and jugs of beer. Korean food is so flavorful and spicy I am so happy to see it growing in the US.

Hey Sam, this is my favorite type of instant noodle. You should recreate it and make it less spicy for the viewers. I eat one daily but it's too hot for my family. It would be cool if you could recreate the sauce to be less spicy so I can cook it for them

sometimes i sit there and think. surely a lot of these flavours would be better without the kick. dont get me wrong i love a kick, but i dnot get things being unbeleivably hot, like when he first tried you could tell the spice was ruining how good it tasted

Loved the video! But couldn't get over the dry noodles. Is like grilling a plain stake without salt & pepper! . Pollo Asado is one of my specialties, seeing you do the butterfly cut on that chicken was so AWSOME! thanks!

Sam I think it's so highlarious when u try to find the correct words to say when u describe something I just lmao and yell words out that u mean knowing damn good and well u can't hear me love y'all maca

lol what's with the vegan hate? Not every vegan is also an asshole, and it's an entirely understandable dietary position to take. Stop acting like its so ridiculous that some people don't eat meat.
