I'd think basting the steak with the blue cheese on top could get it a little more molten which I think would make it a bit easier to eat; and, of course, basting adds flavor anyways!

I love the idea of this, but my neighborhood doesnt have gas running to it. Do everyone buys flat top stoves. Ive heard that cast iron is hard on the glass cooking surface

needs worcestershire! Maybe on the onions. I'm not a huge blue cheese fan but I may give it a go on this. Nothing revolutionary but looks solid.
