We use pesto in two ridiculously simple and fricking delicious ways. Lee: Just made the shrimp and butter pesto pasta because I had everything on hand. used penne pasta though! I decided to top it with some chopped Italian parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice too! I've never heard or thought about butter pesto potatoes. that's a MUST try!

Man. All you need is a little sourdough bread to wipe the potato bowl clean totally putting pesto on the grocery list!
