You have no idea how great these little guys are. And simple - did I mention that? HERE'S THE RECIPE: berzerker221: This guy has no idea what he's doing lmao 1) Cook your wings and sauce separately, prepare the sauce by simmering it for a couple seconds in a pan. Wings are always great if you fry them, but the oven always work if you are uncomfortable working with hot oil2) Toss the wings and sauce together in a bowl, like you would stir fry. Don't mush them around akwardly with your hands. This way they aren't super dry and dissapointeing. And personally, I found that the sauce is better if you use red pepper flake instead of sirrhacha.

Ok, first time I watched him I wanted to hit him in the face as hard as I could but I followed his instructions and made a great Scampi. Tried it again yesterday and decided I really didn't want to punch him and tried his recipe plus some of another recipe. My bad, I just stick with Sams! Watched this one and decided I liked Sam well enough to have a beer with him. I'm making Ling Cod tonight but think I will give these wings a try tomorrow.

There is an easy way Sam! 1: For the honey, measure the tablespoons with the spoon you'll be mixing in, so you don't waste any honey! 2: for coating the wings with the sauce, toss them in a big bowl! I can't wait to make these: D

Longer, but better version: ingredients into pot and simmering / wings steamed for 10 minutes to drain some fat / place wings on tray and into fridge to dry thoroughly / oven to 425 / 15 minutes a side / toss crispy wings with sauce

There's no good way to do this. you could use a fork or tongs. OR you could use a bowl like any sane person would? Maybe toss them in a bowl? That thing that people do when they want wings coated in a sauce?

If you cut off the inedible 'tips' you have room on the tray for more wings. And sriracha is baby food. Use some 'sambal oelek' instead. With honey to taste for sweetness.

Lol says get rid of measuring spoons, immediately proceeds to dump twice the amount of honey he needed into the sauce and then says There's no good way to do that

Geez, I love your pantry! It's awesome watching you cook. You must be a little Asian, or love it like myself. Thank you for sharing.
