Hey Sam have you thought about making your own pastrami from a pre brined brisket from the super market. Wash it and season it with the pastrami seasoning n smoke it. Or wash it n pressure cook it then let it cool then season it n wrap it aluminum foil then let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours. Then for both move to the oven and bake for 1 hour at 275-300f check on it your size of meat and oven will change everything. Seasoning is up to you. I only gave you the method.

I love wan ton wrappers I put scrambled eggs, bacon and, cheese. then, fry them I'm bacon fat. with a dipping salsa made of Serrano chilies, Roma tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, pepper but, first burn the chilies, tomatoes then, boil them use the water to blend in the blender. the wraps I use for everything. even leftover spaghetti. just add cheese in the roll.

I wish you'd stop thumbnailing calling sandwiches Reubens that aren't. A Reuben is corned beef, sauerkraut & swiss with 1, 000 island dressing. A Rachel is pastrami, cole slaw & swiss with Russian dressing. If you don't like corned beef fine. Just don't call it a Reuben.

Don't mind this format. 8 minutes, some personality, etc. Doesn't need to be bang bang in 2 minutes, doesn't need to be 20 minutes either. Nice happy medium.

I just don't understand why you choose to burn your mouth every time you taste. You have the power of editing to allow for cool.
