We celebrate National Clam Day by making clam chowder. Ok, so maybe its a little obvious, but its still damn good. INGREDIENTS: cup onion, diced cup celery, diced small Olive oil or bacon grease 2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced 2-10 oz cans baby clams 1-8 oz bottle clam juice 1 teaspoon dried or fresh thyme 1 pint whipping cream 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper cup bacon, diced and cooked until cripsy Hot sauce (optional) FULL RECIPE & METHOD

I much prefer the longer videos where nothing is prepped and we see everything you do, including running around like a mad man telling Max to move, these fast edits aren't as enjoyable
