Made it tonight! It was great. I really appreciate that many of your recipes have items that I already have around the house. This is the second or third thing that I have made without having to go shopping. I was dubious about using the pasta water to make a sauce but it worked - it was tasty.

Sam, I need your help. could you possibly recreate some iconic San Diego fast food? There are some foods I have never been able to fully replicate and it's killing me.

casarecce is just the style of pasta. from Sicily. have seen in Puglia as well. Nice recipe. will have to try. nothing does brussels better than bacon
