Great video! I'd never heard of this dish before, so it's always nice to learn something new about a culture and tradition different from my own. Looks delicious.

Meh
I don't like sweet matzo brei. I prefer it savory, especially with onions. And I eat mine with ketchup on top, to the horror of anyone at the deli watching me eat.
