You gotta try my 'Mexican' version of the Philly Cheesesteak! Talk about good, oh man. Lonewolf: i'm sorry, but if you're not gonna put some effort/practice and production value into this, just leave it to the professionals. we don't want to see the camera guy in the shot. ever. not trying to be rude, but you don't give any advice on technique or measurements. not that i personally need it; its a damn cheese steak. but maybe try a little harder.

To be labeled Mexican I feel like this should have been on a bolillo roll, with lime, cilantro, Cotija or Oaxaca cheese, some salsa or Valentina hot sauce, and maybe turn that into guacamole? Also, the meat could have used some adobo seasoning or at least a little cumin.

The weird part I've been realizing I like to let my food get to where it's warm seems to have more flavor than piping hot Idk why but seems to be that way maybe the ever changing taste buds only thing I can say I like right out the oven is pizza.

Dude, do your research before saying something about mexican cuisine, first that's not chile pasilla, that's poblano, basically is the same pepper, but pasilla is dryed and poblano is not, but congratulations you made a cool TORTA!

At the outset of this shit I was already yelling. He's going to use a french roll and monterrey jack cheese! You didn't fail me. But you did fail us. TELERA ya dingus! And throw on a bit of oaxaca or cotijia, you fool.

I am so tired of 'cooks' on YouTube and their interpretation of a Cheese Steak. It's almost as humorously annoying as 'cooks' trying to make a Chicago Hotdog. JUST DO IT THE RIGHT AND ONLY WAY, ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

I like your video but you can give your self food poisoning watching you use the same knife you cut the raw meat with to then cut the avocado and sand which. With the same knife gave me serious cringe.

Good content, good info and ideas. Good work Sam. camera guys, good work, keep improving, the less we see of you the better the production value. Hope you take that as constructive criticism.

By far. you are my favorite chef to watch and learn from! So real, fresh, funny and you make food that is super tasty and in a way that anyone can follow and duplicate. Thank you!

Hi sam! I just tried it and it was f#%ing awsome! I used Mozzarella, is that right? And btw, is a philly or ny steak cheese sandwich seasoned the same way? Greetings from germany: -)
