Sam's in Japan and unfiltered, answering ALL your burning questions - let the Q&A begin! canadagord1814: Hey Sam, thanks for all you do. My wife and I love watching and your shows have made us cook together, trying your recipes and that's been tons of fun. A non-cooking question? You usually wear a Rolex on a NATO band, but the last video (this one I'm commenting on) you're rocking a new watch. I'm unable to see enough of it to see what it is. So, what is it? Something new that you picked up in Japan? My son lives in Osaka (I don't think you had a meet up there or he would certainly have dropped by) and he came home at Christmas last (we live in Ottawa) with a Seiko Samurai for me. very cool. Can't wait to see some videos from Japan. It would be fun to have a bloopers real. See ya.

I worked at a Greek restaurant when I was a teenager in Houston, and they told us that any roll that was not bitten off of was to be put in a bin under the dishwasher station. They then took those rolls and made them into the breading for the shrimp, fish etc. I went to the room where the breading was made for seafood, and the giant mixer that had all the rolls in it was crawling with roaches. We got a free meal during our shift, and the only thing I would order was a hamburger made with an English muffin bun because I knew they had to buy the English muffins, and the hamburger came fresh daily from a butcher.

I absolutely loved this! I have been watching you for probably a year. Ive been to your restaurant. I tell my husband that you are me as a man. Then today I discovered that vodka and tea is your drink. mine too! And breakfast, is, hands down, the best meal and super fun to make. We eat a shit ton of breakfast burritos on the farm here in West Virginia. Not always the same because burritos are anything goes food. Thanks for being real and always saying what everyone else is thinking but too afraid to say. Kelly Stoner, WV

Great Q&A! You have a great repoire (sp) with the camera. Currently binge-watching the Livecast episodes from 6 and 7 years ago. SO GREAT! Very informational and entertaining. I miss those hour-long livecasts from your home. Why did you transition from those? Are you still in contact with the staff? What is the update on Lynne, Steve, Sean the Mute, Shannon, Jessica, etc. Also miss seeing Kelly and your other family members on a regular basis. Continue the good work Sam. Never change!

Hi Sam - My husband and I discovered you during our quarantine encampment at home in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. So glad we did as you make us smile all the time. You are our nighttime entertainment. I wish you could do more travel videos as we love your comments on foreign food and you are very respectful of the people you encounter. Thanks for a great time! We are fans! xoxo

Sam you are the MAN if you say it tastes better with this or that ingredient I believe you. I am from Texas and know what you are talking about. Just because your grandmother cooked it that way doesn't mean that, that is the only way to cook something. My name is B. O. D. I. F. O. R. D. in case you feel the need to quote me! Best of luck in your endeavors.

Hi Sam, im from the UK absolutely love the videos. They are all great entertainment to watch! You and Max having Father and Son loving. I Dont Understand why you have so much negativity towards the show, i find it so sad these haters have too show themselves up. Chin up and just keep on doing what you do best, and that is make great cooking videos.

There you go again about Japanese Mayonaise. Now generally you may well have a valid point here. But when it comes to the KewPie you use on your show there is that one significant thing you have yet to own up to. That is KewPie is loaded with MSG as plainly listed on the label. BTW watched the whole thing and enjoy your comments on the comments.

OMG Kwepie mayo. YUUUUUCK. I grew up with salad dressing which is sweet. I bought some Kewpie mayo because somebody said it was kind of sweet, they were waaaaaay wrong. Although I would like to thank them because my wife(who is from the north, and used to mayo likes it. Thanks for that. Yes I'm drunk, so what! I love Sam.
