Sam for the love of god, stop whacking the avo pit with the tip of your knife! You are supposed to choke up on the handle and use the base of the blade to have more control. More amutuer cooks using your technique are gonna chop the tips of their fingers off when the blade skims the pit. I've watched nearly all your vids and everytime theres an avocado I'm expecting an ambulance in the following scene

Awesome again! How about a Shepherd's Pie? Love me some shepherd's pie. we always make an easy version that's awesome with ground beef, corn, potatoes, tomato soup, and cheddar cheese (not traditional shepherd's pie that has lamb, etc. but good nonetheless. Be interesting to see how you make it. Thanks for the great vids!

i bought the same grinder for my kitchen aid only i use steak. cut it into strips. with the grain and place on wax paper and put in the freezer for 25mins. its a lot easier on the motor of your kitchen aid as well as the machine will suck the meat in without even useing the dipstick. best burgers ever. trust me. try it

13: 03 This burger is RIDICULOUS. Look at the way that juice is soaking into the bun, and all that goodness with the guac and the buttery peppers. Ridiculous. I'm going to reproduce this shortly but I'm adding BACON. Perhaps youve heard of BACON, Sam. Thanks for the recipe dude. You guys are rocking it.

I have a sad confession to make. I was one of those idiots that was buying packaged guacamole. I konw, I know. I'm embarrased and shamed, as I should be. Made a batch not too far off from what Sam made here. I will never buy that shit AGAIN! This stuff is FANTASTIC! Lesson learned. Thanks, Sam.

Sam, I'm not sure if you have ever tasted Hatch Green Chile before. We here in Albuquerque NM put that stuff on our ice cream. no, we put ice cream on our green Chile. If you haven't, try it out someday. Great on Pizza, Burgers, dogs, stew, quesadillas etc etc. Enjoy your program.

I like my guac with garlic powder, cumin and cayenne in it, plus the onions, tomato, cilantro and lime juice. Alton Brown's recipe. Y'all look it up and try it if you haven't had it. I've been making it for years and it is by far the best guacamole recipe out there.

Whats the average shelf life on your avocado oil you use? I was very excited to try the chosen avocado oil I purchased after watch many of your episodes, but was sadly disappointed the 3 month shelf life I received. Just curious
