Have you ever done a JUST knife skills vid? I absolutely LOVE your food and the recipes you share but but that would be incredible to add to the mix. Youve got some real skill in that area and since, like you said, youre working on developing your own line of them, that would be a great way to introduce & promote them! Id love to sharpen. sorry) my knife skills and would love to see you go over that sometime!

I use the backs of my fingers to test for hotness. They are more sensitive to heat than the fronts, and you don't have to pick up the pan. It's a trick I learned in the Air Farce learning to fix jets which can be quite hot at times. Jets can also be a complete pain in the ass pretty much all the time so I don't fix them anymore. ok thanks. bye.

I love breakfast sandwiches and this one looks bomb! I love your videos and I have been watching them for years. I grew up in San Diego and still live here. I will definitely try this version and try to show off to my wife. Thanks for all your hard work and for being down to earth about cooking.

It looks great and I'm sure it's delicious, but as soft and runny as everything is (except the bacon and bun, with the first bite, the entire contents of the sandwich would be all over my hands, wrists, forearms, sleeves. pets. etc. I just know it. Still, bookmarked for ideas. Thanks!

My first attempt I messed up the onions and burnt them, so I left them off. I nailed the rest however and it was amazing. This is the first time i have made eggs this way and let me tell you they are absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD! Do yourself a huge favor and try this. NOW.

Are those the Misen non-stick pans? I've been looking for reviews from people who actually have put them through the paces. They look like they performed great in the video! What's your impression (assuming you have used them a bunch by now)

I literally just made this 15 minutes ago and I had to be sure come back to the video and comment. It is absolutely amazing. One of the best sandwiches Ive ever eaten. Highly recommend making it!
