Not kidding, this is the best meatloaf recipe in the world + easy leftover ideas for sandwiches & tacos! BC: As a long time/current resident of Japan I can confirm: that American Kobe Beef DOES look weird. BTW Japanese don't eat Kobe Beef they eat various grades of Wagyu (literally Wa=Japanese; Gyu=beef - it's sold by grade and A5 is the highest grade) from various areas in Japan They are, however, laughing all the way to the bank with Kobe Beef - a total marketing ploy. There ya go, now that my little Kobe Beef rant is done: Cheers, the Meat Loaf looks fantastic and the Sandwich. fck! BUT, the truth is you got my like/sub when you wiped your mouth with the paper towel roll. WELL DONE!

I really hate to say this but Im going to. Before you through the Meatloaf in the smoker, I was screaming at the screen watching you place the Loaf on an ungreased grill-grate. Also you were a bit rough while you were pulling the Loaf off. Anyways with that being said your Meatloaf looks absolutely fantastic! I also really like that you chose arugula as the lettuce for the sandwich because the peppery-ness and slight bitterness offsets the sweetness from the Meatloaf. As always this has been a great video and I look forward to seeing the next one!

I used to be kind of anti Sam the Cooking Guy. I am from NJ and there are a lot of double down, over the top, in your face people here. Many restaurants have dishes which are just crazy over the top. huge portions, way too many ingredients, burgers a mile high with stuff on them. Kind of like the food matches the people. I always thought and still do a bit think that Sam is like this although canada to San Diego is not NJ. but I have made a few of his recipes and they have been great. Plus he is entertaining Anyway that is my story

Made this tonight the meatloaf is amazing! I always make cocktail meatballs in a grape jelly /ketchup bbq sauce for the tailgate. I usually cheat and buy frozen meatballs, This Sunday I'm making this meatloaf into meatballs and using the glaze for my sauce. I think it will be fantastic. Thank You Sam GO BILLS #BILLSMAFIA

Your mesh rack from your bacon video would have been perfect for the meatloaf. Moreover, cooking the meatloaf on combo rack and pan would be perfect for all that smokey goodness. I now smoke all my morning bacon in my smoker on those combination racks and pans based on the influence of your bacon video. Yum!

Like your opinion. Considering getting an outdoor gas grill. I'm a novice. I like the Blackstone flat top grills but that seems like all you can do is fry your food. Would it be better to get something with an actual grill. :p Gonna get something for next summer. Feel like I'm missing out.

I made this yesterday on a charcoal grill for my wife and the married couple next door. Are you seriously kidding me? We cut into that loaf, with the smoke ring and spicy topping. all four of us said it was hands down the best meatloaf any of us had ever eaten. Make this!

I made this tonight on my Egg. Served with a tomato and avocado salad to keep the carbs down and make it more of a spring season meal - and, of course, in honor of Cinco de Mayo. Absolutely THE BEST meatloaf Ive EVER had. I mean friggin fantastic.

A meatloaf with mini pepperoni chunks, cut up baby bella mushrooms, black and green sliced olives and mozzarella cheese curds and curry marinara sauce on top. Then you cut the meatloaf into pieces and use it as a topping on the pizza. Deeelicous!

I love watching you. BUT TOO MUCH SPICE. kills the natural flavor of things. Like this meatloaf way too many chilis and then more spice in the glaze? TOO MUCH. tone it down just a little should only be in the glaze. My opinion.
