These little baby tiny tacos are so damn cute and so damn good - homemade / crispy / DELICIOUS! PRE Barry: I watch your episodes sometimes but I have to admit that I cannot stand the thought of eating 90 percent of what you cook. I only watch to learn tricks and methods so that I can use them in my own daily cooking. I have had the opportunity to taste all of the ingredients that you use but I just don't like them. Yes, that makes me very picky and a plain basic meat and potatoes kind of guy. You would very likely not like most of the things that I like; labeling them plain and boring. Some examples: I press out ground beef, salt both sides, and cook it. To me this is a hamburger, Add a slice of cheese and it becomes a cheeseburger. Make it with ground sirloin and add garlic powder and it becomes an exotic steak burger. When it is placed on a bun nothing goes on it but ketchup. To go beyond this is crossing a line and IMHO is sacrilege. It cannot be called a hamburger any longer. I do not like mustard, avocado, mushrooms, chives, or green onions. I really hate black pepper and do not understand how people can eat it. Because I was fairly recently diagnosed with Diabetes I have tried and now use olive oil for all of my cooking but I will readily admit that I almost had to have a gun held to my head at first. Do you see the picture that I am painting? I keep hoping that you will cook something that I like but you haven't yet. You have come close several times and then have to add something and ruin it. It is very disappointing and is becoming more and more frustrating. I would like to see you devote at least one episode to the few of us that do not like the exotic l flavors and combinations that you cook. I'''m of the opinion that you cannot do it. Once just once make something boring. I'm quite sure that a lot of us would like it. Can you do it?

Sam, I'm from a region in Mexico where tiny crispy tacos is a staple street food. You made me proud today and brought back too many memories. You can make them in different combinations such as (refried beans, mashed potato, ground meat, ground meat & potatoe, chorizo & beans, chorizo & potatoe, ect) and accompany them with a pickled salad composed of cabbage, onion, and sometimes tomatoe wedges, and topped with a hot sauce or a creamy sauce like the one you prepared, and a final touch of shredded/crumbled aged cheese like cotija.

Hi Sam! Just want to add my thanks for your sincere appreciation of the military and especially to young Thomas & his fellow Marine Corps graduates in this episode! As a female Army vet, it really touches me when folks recognize us & the fact that not everyone can or wants to serve in the military. Keep up the good work in lifting our spirits in these tough times and Making America Cook Again! It really does help! My best to you and your family!

Thanks Sam for honoring our Marines and service members. Thank you for your support. Wondering if you can duplicate Subways fake crabs sandwich which I ate often while aboard Camp Pendleton. Specifically, at for a year. It an interesting taste. We all ate it so we didnt have to go to the chow hall.

I know you're not really into cooking healthy food, but I have to tell you that my husband and I made these tiny tacos (which were fantastic) and the next day I used the leftover dipping sauce as dressing on my salad, and it was amaze-balls! Now I don't ever want any other kind of salad dressing.

I found you when I searched garlic butter. I LIKE YOU! You should be on television with your own cooking show. I love your personality and your comedic wit. Keep doing what you're doing, the sky is the limit for you! Bye the way, THE GARLIC BREAD RECIPE IS THE BEST OF ALL TIME! Thank you.

Our family LOVES to watch your videos especially our 5, 7, and 10 year old. Your humor and skill is so fun to watch! On that note, we were hoping maybe you could tone down the language a bit for their little ears. Thanks in advance and thanks for helping make America cook 'better' again!

I love this idea, but I'd just do them with the full tortilla. I will definitely make that sauce, though! As for you filling, that became my standard taco filling after making it for a baked taco recipe I found online. Oil question: why avocado instead of olive? Just wondering.
