Pavilions is a Vons/Albertson's/Safeway affiliate. If they're anything like the Safeway up in my town, you get your receipt with a bunch of shit on it, but some of that can be used in an online survey.
I hesitate to use it, because I'm not a complete Karen, but the deli at mine was (and still is) just a gods-forsaken hellscape, even before the Ongoing Problem That Shall Not Be Named. You can use that survey to notify their corporate headquarters, and they can come out and force their people to re-train, crack the whip a bit, and maybe -- JUST MAYBE -- force a little bit of change. Until they cycle out through the next batch of people they don't pay enough to care, anyhow.
Weehhh, we don't want a bell. Pffft. Please. That's the weakest sauce I've ever seen.

Ok Sam to quote one of my favorite movie sayings. I love you, but I don't like you right now. As the better half of a certified meat cutter, your whiny complaint about having to cut your own riblits. Makes you sound like a Karen. The store did not refuse to cut the meat for you. They just said if they did they would have to. charge you the cut meat price. You decided to huffnpuff n cut it yourself. What would you do if I went to Graze or NNTacos With a ramen cup n a slab of meat and asked you to make a meal for no extra charge cause I brought my own ingredients. it's your job to cook food.

I agree with the meat counter having a method to alert the staff that a Customer needs their assistance. Here in East Tennessee ( Hill Billy area) we have a Store chain called Food City. At their meat counter, they have a Bell you can ring for assistance. We may be Hill Billy's, yet we can cook ( Thanks to YOU) and we have Meat Counter Full Service. Thank You for everything you do

Max has a mouthpiece, he could have said something after the first fry was cut. IMHO, Max waited way to long to complain about the size/shape. Maybe the producer/director should/could have said something. Sam did his best, he's not a BK nosher for crying out loud. Keep up the great work, Sam. Love watching your videos. Have you ever made grilled octopus? I tried some at Ironside Fish and Oyster and I didn't think I would like it, but I loved it! I tried to make it at home, but it did not turn out as well. I would love to see you make a video making this (I couldn't find one, if you have made it before. Thanks!

With all that is going on in the world today, I just need a quick escape. These videos do it for me. Watching Sam is like watching Bob Ross. I may never cook a single recipe, just like I may never paint a single painting, but it sure is relaxing watching those videos! Thank y all for the escape!

I am a block supervisor for Albertsons in north county San Diego. (Albertsons, pavilions and Vons all the same) and everything you say would never fly at my store! Unexceptionable on so many levels! Saddens me, so sorry the location doesn t put the customers needs first like they should!

Thank god for production control and good director skills. This would have become a deep fried turkey by the end. LOL. Also what about a Show about smaller cooking devices for people in smaller apartments or college kids dorm rooms? Thanks as always great content. Peace
