These look perfect to make at the hunting camp. In other news: Please do an episode making different condiments/drizzles/dipping sauces using gochujang. Made duck confit potato and caramelized onion grilled pizzas over the weekend and used a gochujang/BBQ sauce drizzle and it was amazing. Need more sauce ideas for gochujang!

I have had bacon wrapped Jalapenos before, but making these for guests would be my nuclear weapon appetizers. Sam could you freeze the stuffing to use later, then I would just have to defrost the stuffing, then fill the jalapenos, wrap with bacon and put on BBQ

Do you ever do anything with the leftover Jalapeno seeds? I typically throw them out. I have no use for the bitter pithy white stuff, but I wonder about the seeds. other than for growing more jalapenos!

Make these all the time! They are soooooo good! Raspberry/strawberry Jam on them is amazing as well! You should also cut them up and put them in the best grilled cheese you've ever had!
