You should dry brine your chicken breast with 3% salt by weight for at least an hour. Then take some of your Japanese mayo and coat the chicken (you can add your pepper and other seasonings to the mayo before coating. You will get better grill marks with that then with avocado oil (I also exclusively use chosen foods avocado oil.
Also, if you grill your chicken to 155 and pull it, it will stay at 155 for a couple minutes. Chicken needs to be at 155 for 45 seconds to be safe, and at 155, it comes out juicier than 160+.

So just a heads up. Apparently those wire cleaning brushes loose those wires in the grill and could get stuck in food. That creates a problem cause you ingest those small pieces of wire and get stuck in your throat. ITS SURGERY TO GET THEM OUT.
You can get a product made of wood now to clean grill. Just heads up!

I use charcoal so I take the food off and shut the lid. Next time I use the grill I prep it with charcoal hit it with lighter fluid. Place grill rack on then light it. The fire 6 higher then the grill surface does the trick.
Edit: I have a very nice gas grill but still use the charcoal.

I find myself making more and more of your recipes over all others I watch. Thank you and BTW I cooked that salmon you made the other day and it was freaking fabulous! I have the chicken kabobs on the grill now you made with the salmon.

Leaving a dirty grill attracts bugs. While I let that food rest for 5 to 10 minutes, I crank up that grill to burn everything off. Just before serving my perfectly rested protein I hit the grill with the brush.

I don't get the slam on Rachael Ray. She's got some incredible recipes and she's a lot more successful than you are, my dude. Women that do better than you must scare you. Sad.

Thank you for the clean the grill the next cook, have always did this, was told I m a unclean nasty cook. Don t you just love people that think they know everything.
