You did another great video but I just have a couple things to say about it. Apple cider vinegar is way better then using white vinegar and you should have put chopped onions on top of the ribs before you wrap them and added a couple of pieces of butter it will change everything for the better and far as the meatballs you should have put some onions in it other than that great video.

Disappointed you sold out to one of the big food corporations. One reason for watching is your homemade sauces. Ask Heinz what happened to the tomato farmers in Ontario - so it's now French's ketchup for me.

Sponsored by Heinz? Sam is big time now! It would be great if you did a Dinner at Sam s week where you make us what you are having for dinner that day. Main dish + side. Your recipes are beyond!

Most beautiful ribs I've ever seen. Nothing wrong about using bought in sauces if they're great quality. I use Heinz Honey-BBQ-Sauce a lot to finish ribs and pork-steaks. Delicious.

If you bend the ribs in the middle, it gives you an easier starting point to peel the membrane: ) I'll trade you some of the ribs our twins made for these! Great video!

You Always over cook your Ribs and under cook your Beef. Come on man you know they are WAY TOO done but you just want content. You can't even touch them!

Looking at your baking sheet that you have your pre-cooked ribs laying on, makes me feel good knowing mine look the same ( well used.
