You should do a series on different Country breakfasts. I'll never forget the first time I went to Mexico & the first meal I had was breakfast. It was all in Spanish. I had no idea what anything was so I just took a shot in the dark. It was great! Sadly I still have no idea what it was though. lol

Have you thought about another studio or location so you dont have to keep dealing with gardners, neighbors dogs and kids I know you used to have another indoor studio near your restaurant, but maybe another outdoor one this time in a more remote area

absolutely mouth watering! But a few more fresh herbs and some slices of fresh chillies would make it better and more Vietnamese I reckon. Plus a nice cafe da : )

The baguette works because of the French influence in Vietnam (there were French bakeries everywhere when I was there, but garlic rice would be nice touch too.
