As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.

That French Canadian accent isn't half-bad, Sam But has a Fench Canadian, I can tell you that you over-estimate our appreciation of the French. We love most of them, but some French refer to us as if we still live in the woods in log cabins and eat moose roasted on the open flame everyday, and that really really annoys us. Some French also think Canadian French is an inferior dialect to their French language, which feels pretty snobish if you ask me. They know about poutine and maple sirup, but some of them don't care to get to know us before bargin in in Montreal and asking us where they can find the Indians. So yeah, most French Canadian are really happy to go to France, and to have French tourists coming here and discovering our little part of Canada, but we are really proud to be French Canadian and wouldn't change that for the world.

I'll take the knife since someone forgot to put a winner in this video or you can try Chicken Parm Cremera Pizza.
Pizza Crust
Tomato Sauce
Alfredo Sauce
Diced Grilled Chicken
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Bacon Crumbles
Roasted Garlic
Ricotta Cheese
Red Pepper Flakes
Italian Seasoning
The way I do it is tomato sauce on the crust then Alfredo sauce on top of that diced grilled chicken, Mozzarella, Parmesan, crispy bacon crumbles, and chopped roasted garlic. I like to add red pepper flakes, dollops of ricotta, and Italian seasoning.
I’ve been asking since September 5, 2023

that looks like the French-Canadian version of the Dutch kapsalon! (but without the slad part)
Kapsalon basically is Turkish doner kebab with fries and salad and cheese on top which you put in the oven to melt the cheese. You put on the salad after the oven part and is just Turkish style red onion, slices of cucumber, lettuce and tomato. No bread tho

the best part of all your videos is the surprise and minor panic you have as you put something scalding hot in your mouth time and time again. PS, the American Chop Suey recipe has become the all time favorite with my two boys and their leech friends who come over and eat all my food. Keep up the great work.

I wanted to check in and catch you all in a mistake, but it turns out you are just using a newer name for the same old thing. I used to know it as Durkee's hot sauce/wing sauce, now it is Franks. Oh well, it all looks beautiful anyway.

Nice try! But you'll have to come to Quebec to taste a real poutine with some skouik skouik cheese and a poutine sauce. It could be a good opportunity for you to practice your french accent and actually speak french haha

That was really good French Canadian accent: ) Buffalo Chicken poutine is good, but there is at least 12 different poutines in Montreal at the place named La Banquise. Number 1 poutine restaurant in Canada in my opinion.

If I've learned anything from Sam the Cooking Guy it would be:
1 - Utility Gravy
2 - wear gloves
3 - don't cut yourself
Those are cooking truths, thank you Sam!

Not being critical, this looks delicious. I was just wondering why fry as tenders and cut, instead of doing smaller pieces to keep the breading intact

Can’t wait to try this. You should try making Scotch Eggs but instead of sausage use boudin from Louisiana. It will change your life!
