These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.

What the efff! Funny enough I just made that exact same dish on Thursday! One minor exception! Spicy Italian sausage my friend! Game changer! Used two pots though as I did the pasta on the side. As I wanted more soup like character to it! So hey my friend Stroganoff. Yes Maaaa Stroganoff! I guess show and us different variants of how to make it! I've seen your way with steak sliced making it look amazing. But sometimes that dish isn't so eye appealing but effing amazing! Just saying!

Nothing against this recipe as it is going for cheap and easy but I don't know if it really does this dish justice.
You typically want to build the flavor over time with a ham hock which infuses the beans with all of that smoky pork flavor. You then want to boil the pasta separately so it doesn't get gummy and soak up all of the soup. Traditionally, fagiole has a lot more broth and eats like a soup.

DUDE! The only thing is real pasta fagioli uses ground up beans for the base, not tomatoes, You did it justice though Sam! the pasta choice was on point! I'm sure it was delicious. But my late momma would have scolded you! She was from Naples. This is a poor mans dish, Same as pasta pisicelli. Thanks for all the knowledge on everything you canuk! You make me cook a perfect turkey two years ago!

Greetings from CanadaMy Husband is always tired as he works a lot and now that we have the White Stuff on the ground, this will really hit the spot. Maybe I’ll make it mid-week and for sure after dinner, my Hubby will turn an ordinary week day into Date Night. Add one of your recipes for Cheesy Garlic Bread and it’s guaranteed. Hmmmm Hump Day maybe Thank you in more ways than one.

Tis the season for ramen as well. that aside. how bout a series of soup recipes. It find it's my favorite category of recipes. It also usually yields enough to feed 6 or just one person for several days for very little money. My fav is Minestrone with ground beef and lentil soup with bacon.

Better than Olive Garden Not that hard actually. I'm making this. I think I have a box of Ditalini already from a soup I made. I think I have the beans too. Hell, I'll even use Garbanzos if that's all I have. A bottle of red wine, baguette, or Ciabatta with a compound butter.

Please. Being an italian amateur cooker. Do not forget celery. and put beans first. use tomato paste. Last but most important cook ditalini 2/3 minutes less than cooking time and let them rest. it will be amazing. Oh i forgot. no parsley but yes rosemary and sage

I make my own pancetta with pork belly and a wild blend of seasonings. It is crazy easy, and since I get my pork belly at an Asian market, crazy cheap. I've been using it for bean soups and spaghetti carbonara, so now I can branch out to another dish. Great.

Made it last night loved it! It's going to be added to our camping menu. Oops you missed the red pepper flakes in the directions, but they are in the ingredients list. Thanks again for another one pot meal!

What are my chances of winning a knife
Not good.
You mean not good like, 1 out of a hundred
I'd say more like 1 out of 3. 78 million.
So you're tellin' me there's a chance. YEAH!

My dad would go to the deli and get the butts of the Gabagool and/or the prosciutto and dice it up for his pasta fazool. And don’t forget to put a piece of the rind from the parmesean.

at this point, everything is better than olive garden, at least the local one to me. The last time we ate there, dam near ever meal was either undercooked, overcooked, or both.
