I would like to suggest a better method to building a burger, especially a high-stack burger with so many different textures like this breakfast burger. First of all, use the mayo/Sriracha spread as an adhesive to the dry loose crispy bits that always seem to go flying off in all directions. i. e these sweet potato strings. Second, melted cheese doesn't hold onto fried eggs very well, so put a buffer in between the two slick surfaces in order to keep things stable, in this case, the bacon would be perfect. Finally, put the grilled onions underneath the cheese. the melted gooeyness will hold it all in place safely attached to the burger patties. Arranged in order: Bottom bunkSaucePotato strings1st patty w/cheese2nd patty w/onions and cheeseBaconEggTop bun. the perfect stacked double breakfast burger.

I think if I was making that myself, Id just do just like a double open-faced burger and serve it like Eggs Benedict. If you try to eat that giant burger, youll just get pissed, because itll break apart and it just turns into an fing mess.

I still miss the 20 minute episodes. I can generally come up with a lot of the stuff Sam makes, but I enjoy watching some of his techniques to see if there's anything I can improve on.

One I had one time was beef pattie, sausage pattie, bacon, egg and the accessories. Saltiest burger Ive ever had which was amazing, but if you do 2 patties maybe one burger one sausage.
