Or at least my version - 'cuz after all I am a Canadian and it was invented by a Canadian. But really who cares - just make it. hippydippy: I had my first Pineapple Pizza when I was on tour in Canada during the summer of 1982 for 3 months & it was amazing, but Come on Sam. You're Canadian & as much as I love Black Forest Ham. Canadian bacon is the best!

Only 2 things I do different. I'd mix in some teriyaki with the tomato sauce. I'd also use Chinese Parsley. :D(Tastes just like Cilantro)steve
