These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.

Would you PLEASE bring back Cooking w/Sam Live Cast I loved that show. You would’ve killed it during the Rona when we all needed community. Looking at you Max only you can make it happen. Go full nerd, secure you & your teams future. Occasional guests, or your brothers, or your mom or, or, or. Endless possibilities. On locations. The show Sam always wanted to do.
Just sayin’ from a big fan

We have the family over on the 24th and have a raclette grill dinner. I think I'm going to make the first 2 (puff pastry and French onion. Thank you for the so many dishes you've shared. I could not count how many times after watching your videos I've gone and made the dish. They never disappoint. Please keep these great videos coming.

fuuuu! I guess I'm going bougie this Christmas for my charcuterie board. I'll probably just use some Jalapeno Jam I have from a local spot though to spread on top. Someone usually brings a high end board every year and it's going to be my year sooooo yeah. might as well go all out.

Max strives for beautiful cinematography, yet we see equipment and other cameras in the way. Multiple instances of buzzing and interference sounds. Sam, cook how you can cook. That's what's important. Not if a hand is in the way, or a different angle of the food. Cook how you cook.

Love the Brie-ception! But please figure out the audio levels! Last vid was great, this one was manly quiet except the part after showcasing the puff pastry cheese, when it cut to Sams frontal, audio was boosted to normal, them after the next cut it went back to quiet again

Greetings from CanadaHow can one choose I guess I’ll just have to make all three then, let you know. My Mother would make lightly toasted, Turkey, Cranberry, Bacon and Brie sandwiches on sourdough bread with the leftovers. NOW THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!

I love Brie but am not a fan of the outer rind. All of the recipes look delicious! Brie always seems to be a hit at parties! Thanks for the ideas! By the way, the boys are full of legumes! Listen to your father! He knows things!

Sam, I have to say you really lost me on the sweet versions #1 and #2.
I just can't get my head around Brie and sweet - it has to be savory!
Puff pastry with rosemary, garlic, etc - that is right down mu ally.

I have never had brie. It sounds expensive and I would probably love it. Thats why I have never tried it before. Kinda looks like pecan pie glaze. Didn't think there was going to be a geometry lesson involved. Lol

What are my chances of winning a knife
Not good.
You mean not good like, 1 out of a hundred
I'd say more like 1 out of 3. 77 million.
So you're tellin' me there's a chance. YEAH!

Y'all ought to try to make a Muffuletta sandwich New Orleans style. They're great. You make all kinds of sandwiches, but I've never seen y'all make a Muffuletta. Try it!

for sure the caramelized onion one but the bourbon one sounds good too. might have to combine different aspects of the recipes. I like the puff pastry idea.

Hey Sam, There’s something up with the audio. It keeps going soft en some parts are loud. This is a recurring thing. Can you please look into it.

Maxwell, what's wrong with the audio buddy All quiet until the pastry comes out of the oven. Louder for a bit, then quieter again for the final 2

I'm with you, the French Onion would be my first choice. I'd like to try the one in the puff pastry too. Thanks for these ideas!
