Simple and so easy to make! Back to my request. Many different ways to make Stroganoff. Youve made it with meatballs and steak. I'd be curious to see other ways to make it. Would anchovies add to the great flavor or to smoke it on the traeger. Would you be able to demonstrate the many different ways to make it I know it's a lot and your not wasteful with anything you make. So this maybe a feast. But presented different ways to serve it with. Like your ones before with noodles. But also with Rice I find fantastic as well. I like using portobello and shitake mushrooms. Adds texture. Wagu steak might be to fatty. I like using Rib eyes. Any how I'm sure you could think of something spectacular.

First of all love Love LOVE the show guys. You all made a believer out of me. Now Sam. just get the whole smoked salmon pizza thing done already or maybe put a spin on it and do a sushi pizza with salmon, crab and other creatures of the sea. I did have one that was made with a deep fried crust that wasn't overly heavy and had a creamy teriyaki style sauce with lots of cheese on it. It was to die for, but can't recall much else since it was so long ago. Skip the wasabi and ginger though unless you're into that.

This looks fantastic! Sam! My Mom used to make fried corned beef hash patties. I would love to see your take on that. She would just use Libby’s canned corned beef hash. She would open both ends of the can so the whole lot would come out in 1 piece. Then she would slice it into patties about 3/4 thick. Then egg, then flour, then fry. I think you should make my request since I was the first to comment on Reddit! Love you guys!

Sometimes the old school recipe is better. There's a reason it has stood the test of time. I like the idea of the spicier green pepper and green onions. But, can't get rid of the cream of mushroom soup. Pasta needs to be cooked in chicken broth for added flavor. A full topping of cheese before putting it in the oven also a must. Use the whole chicken with a mix of white and dark. Big risk of this having dry chicken.

Mike for your smoked salmon pizza go to Diners Drive ins and Dives lookup pizza at Fat Olives Fierri visits his friend who makes it in a wood fired oven imported from Italy
Sam don’t take offense I watch you regularly
love Max you Chance
And your boys Zach and Jordan. Do great intent as well
Hopefully that will scratch Mikes salmon pizza itch

Sam. love your vids! But one thing you need to stress is safe handling of sharp knives. I have very sharp knives. I worked in a meat packing plant for many years (picking & shipping) but the cutters showed me how to sharpen a knife to razor sharp. I cut the crap outta my hand doing the dishes, so hence the knife safety talk. Keep up the delicious work!

I’m so disappointed I came to San Diego from Austin to do the whole Sam the cooking guy restaurant tour and they are all closed. That was really the saving grace to my vacation cause it got ruined and we couldn’t make it to Dublin. That’s the whole reason I wanted to come to San Diego. At least the zoo was cool we will see the midway tomorrow.

In my family, this recipe has a lot more cheese. Your fresh version looks so much tastier. My aunt makes this by adding a can of rotel, cream of chicken, and a jar of cheeze whiz. Adds the chicken and pasta and stirs it all together, then bakes for 15-20 minutes. I'll definitely be trying out this version, looks much more appetizing.

No offense guys, but doesn’t that seem more like Cajun chicken pasta Down here in the south, we do use creams that you mentioned and also velveeta with other cheeses and sometimes bake it in the over afterwards. Great video tho, always dig the video production. Good job, boys!

Made this tonight. Was a total sucess! Thanks for the outside the box idea. It was super flavorful and truly simple to put together. Next time I'll probably add a touch of heat to it to make it more Cajun, but otherwise it was wonderful, thanks again!

You should show us how to make cream of mushroom or cream of anything soup so we can use home made ingredients when we make traditional recipes! Thanks for sharing your talents and adventures!
Credit to the edit! Great job on post!

Its not chicken spaghetti you even said it was going to be Cajun spaghetti. Make the chicken spaghetti. boil a chicken then use the water to cook the spaghetti. It's a creamy dish with a teeny tiny spice from a can of rotel.

You remind of my uncle.
He had a funny dry humor about the way he talked.
He cooked a mean kapusta with brown sugar pork chops casserole.
Miss him.
Thanks for the memory.

My wife's family makes the original style though I am uncertain of its origin. I love it. Especially when you add extra olives and onion. But this creole version looks pretty good too!

Hey Sam! On your website you listed 1 heavy cream in the recipe. Would you estimate it as 1/2 a cup I couldn't tell from the video since its poured straight in from the bottle lol

I feel like I want to make a hyrbrid version with this recipe, but still add the cream of mushroom and processed cheese and then bake it, for like a best of both worlds situation.

A perfectly fantastic recipe completely ruined with all that heavy cream and cheese. .. .. it never amazes me how people do that when they had a perfectly healthy recipe.

I almost always substitute Poblanos for Bell Peppers!
They have very similar but superior flavor.
Plus l can get three of them for the same price as a Bell Pepper!

3: 05 Why would you feature your bread knife in the ad spot That is not the knife you used to create the dice on the veg. Def misleading to people who wouldn't know that.
