17 minutes! I don t know why I m so excited, but I am! Sam I have recently retired after being on the Job for 35 years and I have become the family cook and I am using your recipes. The kids have bought me a couple of your t-shirts fat is delicious and vegan, and I love them! Thanks for all of the fun recipes and laughs. I have been cooking with my seven year old granddaughter and she is loving you too!

It's not necessarily that limes don't have seeds, but which limes are normally being sold at most stores. The limes commonly sold in supermarkets are from parthenocarpic trees, which means they do not need to be fertilized in order for fruit to develop ie no seeds are produced. The varieties of lemons usually sold are grown on trees that require fertilization of flowers and have seeds.

Those are a created breed of lemon, they are known as royal lemon down here (Mexico, they are good and cheaper iirc, but for most things requiring a stronger citric use lemon instead, its about the same, but better, they dont have seeds cause they are engineered fruits i believe.
