In the white Rocky Road video, you said that white chocolate needs to melt slowly or it is shit (parafrasing) but in this video Jamie just melted that WHITE chocolate in the microwave. That's not slow.

Ben, what can I use instead of milky bar? Can you recommend me a brand? I can't find any milky bars and I really want to make this xO I can't find blueberries too, what type of fruit can I use? Can I use salted caramel sauce and will the caramel sauce make this desert too sweet?

I'm going to use salted caramel chocolate because I ran out of white choco. Instead of adding the Vanilla Extract, I'm going to add a little bit of salt, caramel sauce and chocolate sauce. I hope this will taste good. crossing my fingers Btw, SORTED!

Changed this one for christmas, blueberry is out, red fruits mix is in! Going to make a red fruits jam, sour to go on top because the filling is somewhat too sweet for my taste

I made something similar on the weekend (cream cheese and mascarpone, cream and white chocolate, no extra added sugar) and it was absolutely scrummy! But very very rich indeed!
