Hi Rie, I just saw ur video. i made a lot of this. u can add milk powder inside the cookie dough. For pinaple jam, cook until the water evaporated and add sugar and let it caramalize more. I add cloves and cinnamon and bit a vanilla paste inside the jam. Instead can pinaple used very ripe pinaple. taste much better

Big question. Why do you move from Singapore to America. Singapore has the highest living standard in the world by far. Im not saying that America is bad but I just kinda wanna know why they moved.

Yes, I live in Taiwan. :) They have pineapple cakes in the states you just have to go to the area Chinese Taiwanese singaporeans live: )Im from California=)
