Im sorry, but this video is a total fraud. Her mom made Steak Diane without half the ingredients that make it good, and her daughter made Steak Diane with white wine instead of brandy. They didnt invent these and her daughter didnt experiment to come up with this. This dish is from the 1970s. Sorry, but its like saying you invented the grilled cheese.
