You can see the joy you had progressing through each work and your desire to learn and grow rather than stringently critique your work was inspiring i am even more encouraged thank you! My husband just took a watercolor pencil class with me on vaca last week and won-t stop watercoloring now lol i can-t wait for him to see your vid!

Super cool idea! I've been painting for several years now but I've rarely gone out to do sketches en plein air, (or even still lifes for that matter, I usually just rely on photographs. I read your blog about painting with water colours as a efficient and low-hassle medium, and now you've totally inspired me to get a watercolour/gouache sketchbook! Keep up the great work Brandon!

Where in Alaska were you? I was in the middle of the aleutian chain in false pass and got some great photos of mountains i was going to use for my paintings too! Looks great!
