Acrylic Landscape Painting Lesson #08 - Storm Clouds & Water Reflections SchaeferArt Allen: I really learned a lot and thank you for your video! Keep them up please I was wondering if showing your reference photos every once in a while might help us to better understand your decision process in the are you do. not that anyone should copy exactly what you do, but as a beginner I think it might help one to see what you say in the decisions you make from them. Like here's the tree I'm going to paint and going showing it as you talk about color and highlights positioning detail working dark to light etc

It's amazing, your process from start to finish is so simple. The end result is a pleasure to view, such peace flows from your composition. The colours and tones draw you right into the place as if being there. I am struggling to just simplify the process, your lessons are very helpful & inspiring. You really are a blessing with these videos. Thanks so much!

I painted a few good pieces and I was on a roll, then I lost it. I couldn-t finish anything I started and continued to doubt myself. I even gessoed grey over my last painting. Watching your videos taught me to relax and slow down. Now I-m ready to get back into the groove.
Your voice and tone are very soothing and encouraging.

IT IS BETTER TO SEE WILLIAM (bill) ALEXANDER (Bob Ross learned from him) for tutorials and brushes.

This was a very helpful demonstration. My first time watching your video and I loved every technique you described. I took notes and plan to implement many of your suggestions into my next painting. I-m new at this during COVID and have learned so much from you! Thank you! I-ll be back!

Schaefer, I appreciate your video and can't wait to try the new techniques such as creating depth by adding the glaze/color, blurring the edges and using a limited palette. Thanks for sharing with us your experience! Keep it coming!
