You did an animation over view of him explaining the run cycle and how you go about doing them in your way. Where can we find this game? Proko I wish you have in your library Modo courses just saying. The 3D software. Dan Ablan use to give amazing course back when. Not sure what he's doing now. But it would be nice if you had that as well in your library for purchase.

Coming out of Comics, I'm not surprised at all that you are expected to do this in a day. A very tall order but if you are just doing concept art it is not an unreasonable ask. I would have guessed three days to a week but a day is definitely tight but not impossible. But then again that depends on how many kickbacks you are getting from the Art Director. I'd be curious if there are style guides or suggestions given to the concept designer from the outset or if the concept artist is in fact working from scratch with no guides.

These studios? Not finding talents? Coz they keep adding new skills for the concept artist to know and do for them. It-s like hiring a secretary. Who also knows how to make the perfect cappuccino and vacuum the floor at the same time. That-s why you can find artist.
