DIY Christmas Door Swag Garden Answer Cinzia: I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this project. I don't see many wreathes or swags on doors here in Australia as Christmas time which is a shame because they're so beautiful. We can't see our front entry door from the street but we have two pillars either side of a garage where a swag at Christmas time would be a perfect touch! Thank you Laura. P. S. I think they're also a nice gift idea for someone who doesn't really need anything much else or just as a small Xmas time gesture to a neighbour who you may not exchange gifts with.

Looks great! A thought, I have made many of sprays for a number of years, and I have found that using pipe cleaners in place of wire, is much easier on your hands. I also make 200 to 300 bows, and use pipe cleaners for those, too. I volunteer a my Los Altos Kiwanis Tree lot, and that's where they are sold, all the monies go back into the community!

I have made wreaths and swags for about thirty odd years. I was taught to wire each branch in. Wrapping each branch with three wraps of wire. Making sure each branch is secure before adding the next. Then add my decorations. Each way is good but thought you might like another way and making Christmas decorations.

Hi. I would just like to thank you for these videos. I've been making wreaths for q couple of years for myself and my mum. This year a few friends have asked me to make one for them too. Finding your videos has made it easier for me. I was making it really hard work for myself!

2: 04: This lady is correct! I stopped by a tree farm this evening and they were so generous with their clippings. Free. Some flocked. It was great. We left them a tip just cause that is the civilized thing to do
3: 54: This looks like the clippings we got

I used to avoid pies because mine were always rustic too but Ive realized no one ever turns down a piece so it no longer holds me back! Would love a new pie recipe. Always enjoy your kitchen videos.

So beautiful, creative and easy! Cant wait to gather my goodies to make ours. You sprayed the front with Wilt Stop. should the back also be sprayed or is one side enough?

Beautiful. My one criticism would be the wires scratching against the finish of my front door. I think I will use some jute string to make the loop instead.
