I've learned the hard way to plant my semps and keep the pot(s) in the garage for a week or so to let the semps settle in to their new home. Even with nice roots, the critters around here (thinking it's the crows, but might be squirrels) dig everything up and leave a mess. I got tired of having to replant daily and clean the porch, so the garage (stays around 45-50-degrees) became my greenhouse. Love the transformation of removing the dead leaves. So fresh and clean looking.

Laura, take 5 minutes and put on your calendar when to turn on and off the water for the bunny because it's so easy to forget. I put everything on my cell phone calendar since I have it with me all the time.
Love the bunny, turned out beautiful, just like new!
Russell was so funny.
Well, for me, Benjamin stole the show! What a precious gift he is, you guys are truly blessed! Have another one, he will be happy to have a sister or a brother. hugs from Atlanta

And that is gardening you guys, YES! Thank you for always being so down to earth and letting us now when things don't work out in the best way. I often feel that plantfluencers forget to tell their viewers that everyone fails from time to time. You've always showed both your successful and the (from time to time) not so successful projects. Thats what makes a great gardener in my opinion.
Love the bunny, super cute: )

Another lovely video! Thank-you! Its great to see your projects, along with follow ups/updates. I'm so looking forward to getting my hands into some soil. Right now, though it is minus 42 degrees celsius with wind chill! Brrr! Count your blessings that you have a place to work on plants throughout the winter! I'm jealous lol. :)

I bought my first succulents today and even though i have zero experience caring for them i was so confident putting the pots together when i got home. So thanks to you Laura i now have 4 succulent arrangement pots and im sooo happy i got them. I felt good to have my hands in dirt again.

Very cute, the only topiary I ever made was a large Teddy Bear covered with English ivy. It was coming along nicely when I watered it, a mouse family had moved in. Mice went everywhere.
Couldn't figure out how to discourage the mice so I abandoned my project. Good luck

its looks great. How much of a budget would you need for this project? $200 for Mr. Bunny, $150-$200 for plants, $10-$20 for pins and $10-$20 on watering system. So between $370-$440. It's a really great showpiece but out of my budget at the moment.

Love the update. I was so inspired by this project that I bought a 13 bunny topiary and worked on it last week. I'm using only baby plants since they're smaller. I'll post a photo on your FB page. Now I'm ready to do a 24 bunny this summer: )
