Hey guys how's it going? My favorite sentence first thing in the mornings: )
Mornings always consist of devotion, letting the dog out, waking up the chickens and pigeons and cleaning up after the duck's nightly game of trashing her water (and the dog's, if she gets into his area LOL) and Garden Answer! Your greeting is as much music to my ears as my pigeons cooing when I come out to see them: )
Love where you put the roses! I agree that purple would be perfect with them! Red leaves was exactly what was missing in that corner too, looks gorgeous!

Laura: Thomas Edison tried 100 different filaments before he found the one that worked in a lightbulb. When asked how he could stay positive and keep going after all those failed attempts he said (paraphrased) What failures. All 100 experiments were successful. 99 proved those were not the correct filaments and the 100th proved that was the correct filament. Gardening is a great fun experiment and you and Aaron are very good at it! Thank you for sharing all your experiments with us and inspiring us all! Nina Delaware zone 7B.

Hooray for the new boxwoods! they look so awesome - they make the roses look so good too! Super happy video - applauding this! So cool that Aaron helps you when you need him to manhandle that auger. You are fearless digging up the mature plants too! - you both are so inspiring every day! And does anyone else get this? : Aaron reminds me of a young Vince Gill. Laura, you are a lucky lady - so cute that he took you on an antiquing date even though you questioned it - so fun to watch you both. You both are the BEST.

HELP! It has been really fun and informative to watch your shows. I'm hearing impaired and really use CC on everything I watch. PLEASE remember to turn it on when you are airing a new show. Think you may have forgotten about turning it on the last 2 or 3 programs. I can still watch and get the jest of what you are doing, but it's a shame to miss so much of what you are saying.

Not burring the graft under soil is not good. That encourages the wild stem the rose is grafted on to shot. If that happens you have a battle of types on one root going on. The chance of that the wild takes over is huge. You need to handrip the branches of. It is a stinking bad job. Also if you have below frost temperatures it is a give as it protects form the worst frost. :)

Can you make what was the moongarden area the rose garden? You mentioned previously you wanted a rose garden. The inside swoops could be roses, the outside(closer to the driveway) annuals and such. Then the other side near the urns could be perhaps other roses, climbers here and there where they might look ok, or just shrub types. Looks great though.

Come on cone boxwood! You can do it. I'm still praying for you to thrive in your new spot. I'm sure with Benjamin helping spray will be the key to surviving. Looking forward to all the color happening in this area.
I had to watch Benjamin and momma high five a couple of times! Encouraging behavior leads to successful efforts!

If your making up any kind concentrated formula shouldnt it be the amount of water plus the concentrate? So in this case for the wilt stop shouldnt be 32 ozs of water + 5. 2 ozs of wilt stop? I mix a lot of concentrated cleaners for work and thats how I do it. Now Im wondering if Ive been doing it wrong all these years!

Laura - Thank you for all that you give us. First thing - BIOTONE STARTER is a GAME CHANGER. 2nd thing - I bought a HOSELINK hose reel (which I love) but HATE their cover choices - you spray paint everything else, why wouldn't you spray the huge case brown or green to blend into the landscape? Just wondering.
