Planting the Pre-Sprouted Ranunculus & Anemones + Tilling the New Cut Flower Garden! handmade: I love that you plant such a variety of perennials and annuals for this zone! Quick question (or maybe not so quick): How do you know how quickly a plant (mostly shrubs/perennials) will become its full size? I know that most of us want to get to that full/lush look as quickly as possible, so knowing the timeline can definitely help with realistic expectations. Thanks so much! BTW: The little ones are just the cutest! Watching Benjamin pick the Tractor over riding with you was a flashback to when my son was a little guy!

Thank you soooo much for turning from someone that really disliked working in the yard to a garden geek. I just can't get enough, but HELP! Where can I get Espoma Land and Sea? I feel like I saw it available online last year, but I can't find it this year. I can't find it in any local garden centers. Since I live in the Boise area I even checked with your parents garden center, but they explained that weird rule about being able to use it in OR, but you can't sell it in OR.

Laura, I love watching your videos and seeing the progress of all the projects during the year. I envy you and Aaron getting to do these projects as a full-time job. I know it takes a lot of time and hard work! I'm a weekend warrior myself and that can be tiresome, but I try to do small things after work during the week to get more things done. Like everyone watching, I'm itching to plant my garden! Thank you for all your videos - I've learned a lot from them.

Will your ranlunculas and anemones been done blooming or do they bloom throughout the summer i was wondering if there done blooming in time to plant veggies or are you just willing to sacrifice that veggies space? will you dig them up or leave them like a tulip bulb i am curious due to I ordered both, along with alot of other stuff so I am wondering if I can replace it with something else. any info will do thanks

Thank you for all the information! I am a newbie to gardening and always look to you for advice. If I need to know what to do with my blackberries, for example, I just look at your site and do a search. Do you have a problem with Russell or Cheddar digging up your plants or eating them. My cat, who follows me around like yours, eats my plants, so I can not have them indoors.

I have a couple of questions! What brand of drip do you use? it seems like mine is so hard to work with and does not go into the connectors easily, AT ALL! My brother, dad, and husband had a hard time with it. Second question, will you be tilling the cut flower garden every year? I have had people tell me not to do it, but never tell me why not. Thank you, love your videos!

For the ranunculus bulb, I think I made a mistake and misunderstood. I only soaked the corms for an hour or so. They dont look nearly as big as yours! They are in pots of soil now. Should I take them out and soak them again? They are still pretty small when I checked them today. . Thanks for all of your informative videos! I love your home and garden!

Sometimes I wish I could have such a large garden but then I think of how much maintenance that requires It looks like there are some smaller rocks in that area. What do you do about it? I feel like I need to toss them all out of my area but it is a never ending job. Can't wait to see the progress. Thanks for sharing!

I tried planting ranunculus several years ago with zero luck. I had no idea you should soak them before hand. Now mine are happily sprouting in the guest bedroom (which is full of bulb and dahlia pots, and I'll just wait to plant them outside! So glad to be able to follow along as we go through the season.

Great drone shots! Love to see it taking shape and cant wait for the pretty things to be added like the benches and fountain. Would love to see a mini Hartley shed! So nice how you consider the neighbors in everything you build. Im sure they love seeing your beautiful flowers and attractive hard scape.
