Laura, I live for your videos. They provide me with so much inspiration! I've been making my own succulent birdhouses but have been running into a little technical difficulties. Most of my succulents aren't rooting into the moss and when I spray them, the succulents fall off. Any suggestions? I've been using hot glue, but perhaps another glue would be better. Also I'm going to try using a thicker layer of moss.

I wished I had your creative mind. lol! But I could definitely follow directions! Good luck with the labor/birth! When you see him for the first time. there's no feeling to compare it to, but for sure it's one of the most beautiful moments in life that leaves you in awe of that tiny life you created! I have often wondered if the little bird houses at Micheal's/ Hobby Lobby/JoAnn's were even feasible for truly nesting birds. Using it as a planter, or as a decoration is something that sits well with me. Great project. And yes it needs a mushroom bird to decorate the front.

dumb question but i'm doing my birdhouse and saw this and it looks very nice but its almost winter for outside and the succulent will die so i might have to wait till spring wonder when they get roots will they grow every year? or maybe buy fake succulent instead (Michigan)

Love the stained one. Its beautiful and my kind of arrangement. Need to try this with my leftover succulents from summer that would work great in something like this. Thanks for the idea and tips. Hugs!
