Question! I have a massive hydrangea bush in my front yard. I believe its a big leaf hydrangea. Its stunning, however every year it blooms beautifully and then the flowers bundles die and stay dead. The greenery stays vibrant. But the flowers die. Do I need to be cutting off the flower bundles once they start to die and new ones will grow back? Its so disappointing how they look once the flowers go brown

Hi Laura, you are the reason I attempted to grow flowers and what a fun experience it is! Cut flower garden was a totally new concept to me, that you grow flowers to cut! Wow! and I am now hooked on to making flower arrangements for my house and even for friends! Thank you for being my inspiration and coach for all things garden! You both rock! Wish you continued success!

Okay Laura, still wondering what happened to your Lisianthus you started from seed! Imma be a pain in the neck until I know the answer! Youre killing me
Also, I buy small garbage cans from the dollar store to collect flowers in. They are about the size of a floral bucket but no handle like your 5gal pale. Still, cheap and perfect size!

I guess when I am watching the videos I'm trying to figure out the width but they all look kind of different ans maybe they are. but if you were just going to do flowers. what width and how many drip tapes?
I know on your dahlias you just do one down the center and then plant on the outsides of that tape alternating sides? Is that correct?

Quick question! What is that gorgeous grass that shows up on the right center at about 38 seconds into the video? It looks like a gold shaving brush from ancient days. I'm sure I saw it when you planted it and told us what it was, but. can you refresh my (older than dirt) memory, please? Thanks. Now to finish watching the video. :)

You inspired me to start gardening in my senior years. I have 4 dahlia plants, a dozen zinnias and lots of basil. Tonight, I harvested about 4 cups of basil and used your wonderful recipe for pesto. I also freeze cubes of pesto for the future - works great and keeps its color. Love your videos and your family!

I was rewatching some old garden tours and thought it would be so neat to see things from either Russell's, Cheddar's, or Benjamin's view. Like with a go pro and them just traveling however they would through the gorgeous garden spaces. Be fun to see what their favorite spots would be to show.

Whatever happened to the fall bulbs you had planted in the large concrete containers? I don't see a spring video on how these had turned out. I just stumbled upon Claus Dalby and his massive container gardening and would love to see how yours turned out. I have no doubt, just as beautiful.

Love the content in your videos. Your one of my three favourite gardeners, Monty Don is definitely in there at top spot, Laura you a second to Monty, then my last is Carol Klein, but plenty more to follow Carol is Alan Titchmarsh, Richard Jackson, so many to chose.
