Planting 10 Containers for Fall! Garden Answer Sherilyn: Kent's Beauty Oregano is my fav in hanging baskets! Gorgeous in spring too- been growing them for 2 full years (9b) and I find mine are very slow growers, but the pillowy blooms look best in a small spilling mounds anyway. Hummingbirds will seek out the teeny purple blooms on the tips of the flowers! Suggestion: Don't trim! Just when you think the flower is done it either dries into a soft tissue paper texture that still looks beautiful, or sends out another layer of bloom. They can totally handle being squashed in with other plants (Laura) and actually seem to thrive on it in my own garden. I've been waiting for my garden center to get them in!

Love watching your video! Your energy was once, a big part of my earlier garden days! Im soon to be 73 years old, and still my garden out shines most. I have used a lot of Architectural elements in my gardening, fragments from Old Chicago buildings, columns ect. Question: what is the name of company you acquired these beautiful pots from? Im not a plastic gal, Resin is ok if they have the desired faux finish to them. Love old European style. I would appreciate the manufacture! Thanks! Keep up with these great videos.

Could you do a segment on planter types, where to find them, which ones last, what plants grow best in them, etc. Resin vs. Plastic vs. Concrete vs. Metal vs. Clay. Which ensures what planting zones, tips & tricks to preserve them, etc. I know thats some very broad ranges to discuss but maybe segment 1 of planters & plants segment 2 planters & care. I'm looking for metal urns. I think but don't know? Big investment for me on a tiny budget either way I go but love the curb appeal & grandiosity.

Love the planters!
I didn't know where to suggest this, but I would love if you guys were able to organize your videos by planting season. It would save a lot of time going through videos to find each season. I understand that would probably be a lot of work so I totally understand if it doesn't happen, but just figured I'd suggest it!
Btw you should also think about selling Garden Answer onesies My one month old loves listening to and watching Laura!

Love the outcome! And the topiaries give it a polished finish at the door -love your style Laura. We know your summer has been brutal on your garden (and you) this year but for me it seems your stride forward hasn't skipped a beat. It is truly breathtaking sometimes to witness your daily accomplishments. Thank you for sharing all you do, and giving us so much inspiration everyday.

You are such a beautiful creator! I love your videos! A question, do you have a particular type of glass in your front door and windows? I love the mirror effect and that you cannot see inside. I would love to know if you have a sec, which I am not sure you do, busy lady. Thank you in advance!

As much as we can't wait for summer, fall is also looked forward to. every season is fun. beautiful containers, I especially like the one with white cabbage and the tall reddish flower. Curious is you can grow Bittersweet out there? They are such a cool look also in garlands.

I am still fairly new on planting flowers in container, and during the spring, I watched many of your videos for inspiration and I did great! Now I want to cleanup all my containers. Do I throw out the soil in them? I have eight containers to clean up

Question. Are the pigeon cabbage edible? And I love watching your vids. I live in an apartment with a small patio and I love trying to use some of your ideas on a much scaled down level in our own home. Thanks for all you do!
