Oh my gosh thank you for this video! I've been very confused about why my Asparagus Fern's turning brown! I thought it was because she needed more humidity so I've been misting her/ putting her in a pebble tray but it wasn't working. Right after I took her home I researched a bit and a website said that she'd be happier and grow more shoots the more light I give her. So I put her in direct sunlight. Yikes.
It feels less intuitive for me to care for her bec she shoots out new growth like crazy. I'm glad I researched about it before causing more damage to her

hi
thanks i was wondering why my plumosa was starting to yellow at the tips, not enough sun light. i thought it was too much sunlight because she is next to my sliding door. however we have a huge gazibo in the yard that blocks the view of the sky which probably reduces the amount my plants get. i got an indoor light and humidifier on amazon so i hope she will return to her evenly green leaves soon, thanks: )

My asparagus fern didn't like where I put her and ended up turning yellow on many of the frond tips. Should I cut back the fronds affected or will the green return? I put her in a different room with better light and she seems happier (no spreading of the yellow) but the original yellowing hasn't disappeared (3 weeks later)

For some reason these guys and begonias I just can-t keep alive. Mine finally started doing well with 6+ hours of direct sun (he wasn-t stoked about moderate indirect light) but then I had to move and he-s in a sunny spot of the house without direct sun and he seems a bit ruffled about it. Game on Asparagus Fern! Game on: )

Thank you for sharing! This cleared up so much for me! I had no idea that she was getting too much sun! I thought I was overwatering & not giving her adequate humidity but it was just the sunlight! I moved her a little further from the window so hopefully I will see her thriving now!

I don't mean to diss your asparagus, but he looks a bit. how do I say. meager and yellowish? My asparagus plants are super fluffy, bushy and lush, and the colour is a deep, intense green; I'd probably be very worried if one of them looked like that.

I am so glad I found your video. I have mine for about 3 years now, she's been indoors. And now I put her outside in full sun. I noticed she is turning brown. Oh my! I need to move her in the porch then. Great informational video, thanks!

Mine plant-s leaves are brown/yellow leaves and falls off with movement or touch I-ve tried moving it around my house less watering and more watering and still nothing - how do I know if it-s time to just let it go

Been kinda struggling with mine but your video has given some great tips. Thanks for such a great video. Hopefully I will now have the required knowledge to grow this plant to its potential.
