Hey Shawn, I was looking out for a video on Monday, but there wasn't one. Is it me, or did you not upload a video? I kept searching and got a wee bit concerned. Anyhow, I'm feasting on this video right now instead of ploughing through a basket of ironing. Wonderful as always to see you and Cali in your new homestead. It is such a wonderful place. You are surrounded by nature at its very best. God's creation never Cease to leave me in awe. Your are so blessed, Shawn. UK.

My Canadian bestie in ONT is dying in the heat cos its 30 in her house and her ac can't keep up. As an aussie who lives in 48C for 3m of the year and 30c even in winter i laugh so hard. Canadians are such delicate creatures (ie polar bears) when it comes to heat but when its cold and the rest of the world stops functioning you guys are out there living your best lives LMFAO

I see Moose on TV going into towns in Alaska all the time so the human smell must not keep them away! One moose was filmed killing an elderly gentleman that was surprised by the moose and he was merley trying to get to his car So I don't know how one would think human scent deters them! If there were dogs around yes maybe, but otherwise not so true in some cases.

Those wind swept trees on the shoreline, the rock formations, the wild iris. You capture some of the simplest things with your camera that on a regular day I never used to pay much attention to. For the life of me I couldnt explain why I felt so relaxed in the forests yet so stressed in the city. Thank you

Fish bones in the garden were a key ingredient to my fathers crops every year. He would fish for capelin and spread them all over his potato fields and then cover them lightly with soil. Stank for weeks, but he planted potatoes in those fields every year and yielded a crop without fail.

A true modern day pioneer. in these days and times we can only hope and dream of a life living on mother earth with all her abundance. You my friend truly had a very clear picture of a future of how humanity should be living and thriving as God intended.

You've got enough motivation for 10 men, great job. I own and operate a farm and everybody thinks it's the perfect life. Dont get me wrong it's great but it's more work then your average person would want to do. I think u might understand my perspective.

Oh wow, its gorgeous there! Really beautiful. Perhaps the adversaries will help determine how to fine tune your water systems before you completely build them - if you can keep things growing in a drought, then a normal year will be easy peazy.

We had a very warm dry March/April here in the UK. Then a wet cold May. Now it's warm and dry again.
Apparently the rest of Europe's had a relatively cool spring too.
Hope you guys keeping well. . Delighted to see your video pop up.
