Here in CA, you are (supposedly) not allowed to toss guts and remains back into the waters. Considered pollution, and whether crayfish or other fish eat the offal is a different matter. Same for tossing onto the land for eventual predator consumption, or burying the remains, and having predator dig it up and eat it. Pretty soon (don't let any frigging twit read this) they will probably legislate that you outpack the guts as an entire harvest. same for hunting, trapping, snaring, .

That's quite the best opinion. Respect the nature. Keep the place where you are fishing or camping clean. I am for myself fishing in germany, because I live there. We don't have such places as you showed on this series. Very impressive pictures.
