Processing the excess roosters this week and next. I never get over it but I know what they've eaten, that they lived a good life, we did what we could to make their death an easy one and respected their life by wasting nothing.

Never feels good to take an animals life, but it's a much better alternative than eating meat from a big factory farm, like Tyson. Good on you for taking responsibility for your food.
