In this Clean N Cook episode of BlacktipH, I clean Tripletail and Dolphin Fish to cook with my good friend Tom Pledger. At the house, both Tom and I prepared and cooked tripletail three different ways. I cooked my signature onion pan dish and also a sweet potato encrusted tripletail in the oven. Tom cooked a delicious pan friend tripletail with minimal spices. I pan-fried the Dolphin Fish (mahi-mahi) with Italian dressing and some spices. All of the recipes were very good Will Raynor631: Moving to Florida in the next 6-8 months so excited man fresh fish I could die for I moved to Texas 3 months ago from Long Island Ny and it isnt for me love guns land and all but Im a big fisher I love the clear water Im just a Florida guy Not to mention getting slammed with high tax percentage Ill ALL FOR THAT SEE YA OUT THE BLACKTIPH

If I remember correctly, in some of your earlier videos you used to talk about not being a big fish eater (possibly a cobia trip to Virginia with Capt. Auston. Crazy how much has changed since then if Im not mistaken.

So. was that raw, shredded sweet potato? You mentioned cinnamon and sugar. were the sweet potatoes already cooked with cinnamon and sugar? I need to know.

Try throwing that encrusted recipe under the broiler for a couple minutes after it's about done baking. bam. a little added crunchy texture and flavor
