Hey Josh. My name is Todd. I'm here in Texas. I'm by Galveston in Pasadena. I moved here in 2003 but it took me till about 2006 to learn how to fish down here like this. For some. Now I've caught some decent fish. I go with my buddy cuz he's fished all this all his life by himself. Anyways I've always been wanting someone to show me and to be able to hook into some big fish for my first time. Now I'm from Ohio. I've caught big muskies northern pike blue and flathead catfish. I'll cook some big gar down here but I work with a guy that had his own Charter always gave me excuses why we couldn't go out after he said he would. I've always wanted to be able to get out without having to pay a lot of money for Charters and everything else and I don't like being on board with a bunch of people like that. I like just a couple people in 03 maybe 4. And I don't foresee this ever happening in my lifetime to ever get that chance to hook into some big sharks even though my biggest was 7 Foot black tip and 100 lb Stingray talk to Jason Freeport. But when it comes to stuff like that that's really I'll have caught that's big. I've got a few decent trout here and there but no big redfish even though I try and I would like to have my dream come true. I would love to be able to go out and hook into some big amberjack cuda's bigger sharks the water the limit of what I can catch got to give me a great battle the last a lifetime 2013 I had cancer and I had surgery and died for 2 minutes and came back. And being at my age for what I've had there's no guarantee for anybody on how much longer we have. Fox chicken a little bit faster for me. It is for people like you. There's a story that goes with my cancer of when I died and my mum passing away right after I moved here in 2003. For 10 years through I went through a lot of depression. I blamed myself for her death. Her death and my cancer and me dying for 2 minutes all had something to do together. I don't want to see it on here but I'd like to tell you the story sometime. I would like to ask you something but I don't want to do it In public here. Is there any way that I can talk to you some of your email our phone. I know I shouldn't do this I'm going to put my phone number here and if I do hear from you I'm going to change my phone number after that so it's not out there where everybody can see it and I'll delete it off of here. I'll try to find a way to send you a message privately but I don't see it anywhere. My number is 832-819-8114. Thank you.

I absolutely loved your two guests BlacktipH. They were both so energetic and made the video so alive They were so very eager to learn and didn't even seem the slightest disappointment when losing a big fish because they were so determined and focused on just casting right back out. Loved this video, keep it up

Hey Josh, I was wondering if you have any tips on finding Bonita. I live in northeast Florida. I can never seem to find any when we go offshore. All of the surface schools of fish usually turn out to be Spanish Mackeral or Jacks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Good series of videos but will you pppplllleeeeaaaasssseee stop pumping your hands up and down in front of you every time you speak? It's an amateurish, annoying habit that you can break if you try. Why not hold a fish behind you back?

The Saltiga Expedition seems to handle those sharks a little better. Waiting for the new Stella. I have both and I prefer my Saltiga. Love to watch these vids just to hear that drag sing. Keep them coming

Awesome fishing but that hook is not broken, its straightened. Broken hook would mean you only get a portion of the hook back. Sorry for bringing up a technicality
