My favorite Mahi recipes. 1. Steak marinadeYou need olive oil, white vinegar, course ground sea salt and McCormick Montreal steak marinade seasoning. Use enough oil to lather each filet generously. Add about a tablespoon of vinegar to every 6 oz of oil. Add the salt and steak marinade to taste. I use the marinade in a dots per square inch method. Too many season specks and it's over seasoned. Not enough and it's under seasoned (experience is best, but intuition is all you got until then. Then marinade the fish in a sealed Tupperware container for 30min - 1hr then grill or broil to your preference. 2. Deep friedYou'll need a deep fry panPlenty of vegetable oilA canister of Italian breed crumbsEggsMilkBaking powder or sodaTake a plate and generously sprinkle bread crumbs across the plate or a brown paper sack works too. Take a good sized cereal bowl and crack enough eggs to cover the fish you're cookingWhip eggs vigorously add an ounce of milk or half n half and about half per bowl, a teaspoon of baking powder or soda into the egg mixImportantRoll the filet in the breadcrumbs first then into the egg mix and back into the bread crumbs. This keeps the batter on the fish. Deep fry as needed. Don't burn the oil. And change the oil if you're cooking lots of fish. Enjoy

The reason that you do not like the top of your banana, is that you are peeling your banana wrong and the top is actually the bottom of the banana Think of the stem as your handle and peel it the other direction from what you normally peel it. True story, really. I hope that this helps with your banana dilemma. Love your videos. I live on the Oregon coast and we do not get to see on this side of the coast, the many different kinds of fish that you are accustomed to catching.

Mahi like to hide in the shade. here in Malta we put a brick at the end of a really long rope and put palm tree leaves at the top of the rope. then we throw the brick in the sea and so you know where it is we put a block of solid material like packaging peanuts on top of the water tied to the rope so the palm tree leaves don't sink

Not a lot of mahi. I caught 70-80 mahi off of Venice la no limit so as many as you want we caught mostly bulls but about 1/4 of them where little chicken dolphin but if you like Florida then you do but I can agree that Venice is better fishing than Florida
